1.1 Welcome to the FlyCloud platform operated by FlyCloud Southeast Asia Limited and its affiliates (individually and collectively, “FlyCloud”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We strictly comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations (“Privacy Laws”) and respect the privacy rights and legitimate interests of all users who access our website and mobile application (the “Platform”). The Platform and all services provided by us on the Platform are collectively referred to as the “Services”. A user means any person who registers an account and uses the Services with us, including buyers and sellers (individually and collectively, “Users”, “you” or “your”). We recognize that the personal data you entrust to us is critical, and we undertake to properly manage, protect and process your personal data. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, disclose and process your personal data provided by you or held by us, whether now or in the future, and to assist you in making an informed decision before providing any personal data to us.

    The above lists common scenarios and shall not be deemed exhaustive.
2.2 Sources from which we collect personal data include: you yourself, our affiliates, third parties and other channels (including logistics/payment service providers, credit bureaus, marketing partners, referral/loyalty programs, other Users, public or governmental data sources, etc.).
2.3 If you provide personal data of third parties to us (such as family members, friends or contacts), you warrant that you have obtained the consent of such third parties for us to process their personal data in accordance with this Policy.

3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA FLYCLOUD COLLECTS

3.1 The personal data collected by us includes but is not limited to:
name, email address, date of birth, billing/delivery address, bank account and payment information, telephone number, gender;
device‑related and network information transmitted or associated with your access to the Services or Platform (including contact lists and interacting persons/accounts);
photographs, audio recordings and video recordings;
government‑issued identification documents and information required for compliance due diligence, identity verification and fraud prevention;
marketing and communication preference data (such as marketing preferences and communication records);
usage and transaction data (including search history, orders, browsed advertisements/content and related product and service information);
location data;
other information and behavioral data generated when you register for and use the Platform or Services;
aggregated statistical data on user interactive content.
3.2 You undertake not to submit inaccurate or misleading information to us and shall promptly notify us of any changes or errors. We reserve the right to request additional documents from you to verify the information provided.
3.3 If you register for or link your FlyCloud account using a social media account or use social functions, we may obtain information you voluntarily disclosed to the social media provider in accordance with third‑party rules, and shall manage and use such personal data at all times in accordance with this Policy.
3.4 If you do not wish us to collect the above information, you may opt out by sending a written notice to our Data Protection Officer. For details, please refer to the section entitled “How to withdraw consent, access or modify your information”. Please note that withdrawing consent may affect your use of the Services (e.g., disabling location permission will turn off location‑based features).

4. COLLECTION OF OTHER DATA

4.1 Like most websites and mobile applications, when you browse the Platform, your device transmits log data to our servers, including without limitation: IP address, operating system/browser type, device model, unique device identifier, referral source, browsing pages and duration, and Cookie records. When you are logged in, such data will be associated with your personal account and also used for anonymous statistics to optimize the Platform experience. Cookies may be disabled through your browser settings.
